Slow Food Monaco

On September 5, 2025, Slow Food Monaco organised a gala presided over by HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco at the Le Méridien Beach Plaza hotel in Monaco, during which he visited our stand and spoke personally with Philippe Vitel, the inventor of the patented NATfresh technology, who recently became an official member of the Slow Food Monaco organisation  www.slowfood.com

This global movement works together to ensure good, clean, and fair food for all. The organisation considers NATfresh technology to be the perfect tool for guaranteeing food quality that fully corresponds to its values.

Following the aperitif on the terrace of the Méridien Beach Plaza in Monaco, a seven-course gourmet menu was served, prepared by renowned French chef,  Laurent Colin at Marriott International, Inc., an American hotel group founded in 1993 specialising in luxury hotels, including the Méridien Beach Plaza in Monaco.

This technology has been awarded with many prizes and the French state has subsidized several projects
